Office Hours and Access We are open from 9:00am to 5:00 pm Monday to Thursday and 9:00am to 4:30pm on Fridays. Appointments outside normal office hours can be arranged, as can home or hospital visits. Ground floor interview facilities are available for clients with mobility difficulties. Costs All relevant costs options will be discussed at the outset, and written confirmation of the decision and of any costs estimate or quote will be provided. The estimated cost of the work will be monitored throughout and you will be informed of any change to the likely cost as soon as it is known. Any costs limit that is agreed will not be exceeded without your authority. We no longer undertake Publicly Funded (formerly Legal Aid) work. However, we will tell you if you qualify for Public Funding and discuss the options with you, including referring you to an appropriate alternative solicitor. For Personal Injury claims, subject to approval, we can offer Conditional Fee Agreements and arrange insurance cover against payment of legal costs through Litigation Protection Ltd and LawAssist Legal Services. We offer no win, no fee arrangements. FREE initial interviews are available for Family Law matters - please ask for details. We offer this service by appointment with named solicitors during normal office hours, rather than operating a "sit-and-wait" evening surgery as is the case with many firms.
