History
The firm was first established in 1979 by sole practitioner Gordon Brown. In 1983 Chris Barron joined him, and in the same year the business moved to its present address in Duke Street and has expanded ever since. There are presently four qualified solicitors, assisted by a trainee solicitor and a probate clerk, offering a wide variety of legal services.

Chris Barron, LL.B. (Hons)
Qualified in 1980.
Joined the firm in 1983 and is now Senior Partner.
Chris has a wide range of experience in most areas of law, including property law and litigation; divorce work, wills, probate and estate planning; and general advocacy. He now specialises in commercial conveyancing, including leases, business sales and compulsory purchases, as well as residential conveyancing.
Paul O'Donnell, LL.B. (Hons)
Qualified in 2000.
Joined the firm in 1998 as a Trainee Solicitor and became a partner in 2002.
Paul has considerable experience in commercial property and residential conveyancing; wills & probate; family matters; environmental prosecutions; employment matters; and general litigation.
Alan Sharp, LL.B. (Hons)
Qualified in 1976.
Joined the firm in 2000.
Member of APIL (Association of Personal Injury Lawyers).
Deputy Coroner.
Alan is a very experienced and highly respected family and civil litigation solicitor and is the firm's supervisor of family work and personal Injury claims. He also has extensive experience in property and probate matters.
Leona Case, LL.B.
Qualified in 2008.
Joined the firm in 2011.
Leona is the newest solicitor on our team and is assisting other solicitors whilst building up her own caseload.

Matthew Viner, LL.B.
Trainee Solicitor.
Joined the firm in 2012.
Matt is the newest member of our team and provides valuable support for the qualified solicitors whilst expanding his own knowledge of legal practice.
Tracy Lister
Probate Assistant
Joined the firm in 1989 from college.
Tracy has considerable experience in the administration of estates.
She is also the firm's Office Manager.
